Weekend Runs
A good way to get started running or walking is to get involved in a training group. Running or walking groups, have transformed running and walking from a solitary physical challenge into a social outlet. So if you're thinking of getting started, we'd like to invite you to
join us on mornings at Running Wild for our weekend distance runs / walks.
We will share the importance
of
stretching your muscles
in preparation for running and give some
tips
to help you succeed. Don't forget to print your
Patient Footwear Recommendation
so we can fit you for great running shoes
before the run.

We have measured courses with water stops along the course. After the run, you may join us for bagels, fruit and juice. The runs are free and open to runners and walkers of all abilities, ages and speed.
